Annie Mac Encheeze went to her final resting place on Thursday, June 2, 2011. She suffered for years with the big food manufacturers disease... the BIG Food M! Which overtook her in the end. 

She fought hard with this tragic disease and never gave up her fight, however on Thursday morning at 3:14 a.m., The Big Food M gang got together and planned their attack... Kraft, Coca Cola, and the rest of the gang, snuck into her boudoir while she fitfully slept, dreaming of the end of the healthful organic foods by the hands of the Big Food Mafia. 


She struggled, but was snuffed out when a supersized loaf of Bleached, Enriched Wonder Bread was  held down over her face. The struggling finally came to an end and the Big Food M gang left without a crumb of guilt amongst them. 


She had been working on creating a  product for people who not only had sensitivities to gluten, pesticides and herbicides, but was on the verge of producing the most awesome macaroni and cheese that had all of these things and was casein free as well, yet tasted better than real cow's cheese. 


Working closely with Annie was Udi Prod Ucts, a close friend and business associate who's like-mindedness had him working parallel to Annie in fighting off the Big Food Mafia. Udi will continue the fight in honor of Annie's memory to put a stop to these food criminals of a historic proportion. No charges have been filed, as the FDA says they don't mind turning a blind eye to their buddies.


Services will be held at the Foodfer Life Memorial Center at 1pm this Sunday. Contributions to the Stop Big Food M Foundation are welcome.
